With 30 years experience, Centre of Wellbeing, Training & Culture (CWTC) is helping to make positive changes through employability skills, health awareness, provide accredited courses, building relationships across communities, arts for wellbeing, community podcast, and RUclips channel. We work with related services to provide information and advice to deliver a holistic and person-centred approach for young, adults and older people.

On the 30th September 2025 CWTC hosted their Community Networking Event which had 73 people in attendance along with Oldham Deputy Mayor Cllr. Eddie Moore, 17 Community Services from across the borough and many networking opportunities.
